My Cousin/Best Friend

Julia Anna Brown is not only my cousin but; my best friend. We have this bond unlike anyone else and I am so thankful for it. You'd imagine that after all the years of our mothers dressing us alike and forcing us to be together that we would be sick of each other, but it's nothing like that. Before we went our seperate ways after high school, we were unseperable. We never stop laughing when we are together and act as if there isn't a care in the world. I know that she is my one true friend that will last a life time and always be there.

My Sister

On November 20, 1998 the greatest little bundle of joy came into my life, my sister, Regan Dawn Scarboro. With her bubbly personality and often snooty attitude she brings a smile to everyone's face. She is so precious and so sincere, I don't know how I could live without her. I love having a little shadow that wants to be just like me. She will do anything from; wearing my clothes to text messaging me from our mother's phone just so we can seem closer.

My Brother

On July 14, 1994 I was blessed with a beautiful baby brother, Phillip Marshall Scarboro. I adore him so much, he is my idol. Phillip excels in everything he does, whether it's; academics, sports, or just being the handsome little guy that he is. Throughout school he has always been placed in advanced classes. And when it comes to football, basketball, or baseball he is never on the bench. Last football season, Phillip broke his arm during a practice and was out for the entire season. He took it hard but stayed strong. When football came around again this year he accomplished so much and proved how great he is.

A Little About Myself

My name is Amanda Rae Scarboro, I was born in Danville, Virginia on July 10, 1990. I grew up in Virginia for the first four years of my life then moved to Wilton, Iowa where my mother is from. I attended school in Wilton and graduated in 2008. Throughout school I participated in basketball, volleyball, softball, track, and the dance team. Dancing is my passion, I've done it for as long as I can remember! I am now attending Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls and majoring in Elementary Education, I plan to transfer to Iowa State. I love spending time with my friends and family. I find it hard at times to be so far from home in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people. I just try to make the best of everything and enjoy life!
